The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) has updated to its Body of Competency and Knowledge (SHRM BoCK™) which serves as the foundation for its certifications program.  The SHRM BoCK updated was made in an effort to enhance and clarify the program design and to ensure it remains relevant in meeting the needs of the profession.
