Description: Agrace, a nonprofit, community health care organization, is nationally recognized as a leader in the hospice industry. Well known for end-of-life care, Agrace also serves people across southern Wisconsin who are aging, seriously ill or grieving. 
 
We are looking for an experienced recruiter, looking to make a difference though sourcing and securing talent for the agency through direct recruiting, coaching the TA team, and aligning resources and needs of the agency.  This is a hands-on role with a clinical and management level requisition load. 
 
Major responsibilities include recruitment and hiring; sourcing; serving as a subject matter expert on all things talent acquisition related; driving process improvements for manual processes; identify tools and technology needed and prioritizing those needs while leading the talent acquisition team.
 
Additionally, you'll help partner with our hiring managers on best practices and provide metrics, insights and work force planning.  
 
Requirements include:
1. Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
2. Minimum five years of experience as a Recruiter or a combination of recruiting and HR Business Partner experience
3. PHR or SHRM-CP, preferred
4. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle
 
We are also looking for working knowledge of:
1. Talent Acquisition procedures and practices, such as behavioral interviewing, training, employee relations, diversity, sourcing, marketing and advertising and organizational development
2.  Basic functional human resource disciplines knowledge e.g., recruiting and retention, training, compensation, HRIS/HR administration, change management, employee development, performance management, compliance, etc. preferably in health care or similar environment
3.  Human Resources laws and regulations governing employment, employee relations (FLSA, HIPAA, EEOC, ERISA, OSHA, State Workers’ Compensation, FMLA, ADA/ADAA and state and federal wage and hour practices) with the ability to interpret and provide guidance on employment related issues
4.  Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for working with others to make a difference in our industry
5. Must be incredibly organized and able to multitask
6.  Experience using industry specific software (e.g., iCIMS, Predictive Index, etc.)
7.  Ability to communicate financial/business/technical/clinical information to all levels of the organization
8. Ability to maintain confidentiality about patients, families, caregivers, staff, donors, and organizational intellectual property
