SHRM Foundation Hopes for your Year End Donation by December 1, 2025
The focus of the SHRM Foundation is to expand access to work, help employees and workplaces thrive by widening pathways to work, strengthening the HR field, and helping us thrive together.
We encourage all WI SHRM chapters and individual donors to make their donations to the SHRM Foundation by December 1, 2025.

Your foundation donations assist in offering scholarships and grants to SHRM members to help advance their careers. The SHRM Foundation also offers a robust HR Registered Apprenticeship Program.
Did You Know?
Your foundation donations help to offer mentoring programs. These are structured experiences designed to assist members in clarifying career goals, developing career plans and strengthening high-demand skills in HR. You could also become a mentor yourself!

Your foundation donations support research, resources, and tools to help your business case with hiring in key areas which include providing youth opportunities, hiring members of the military community, and more.

Donations can be made online at https://donate.shrmfoundation.org. Select the Wisconsin State Council SHRM and your respective chapter when making online donations for proper recognition.
