MyPath companies, is seeking a dynamic Full-Time, Human Resource Manager to lead and support HR initiatives that empower our employees and enhance the lives of the individuals we serve. About the Role As the HR Manager, you will play a key leadership role overseeing all facets of human resources at multiple work site locations. You will work closely with company and HR leadership to deliver high-quality services in employee relations, retention, onboarding, and performance management. This is an opportunity to shape an engaged, inclusive workforce while supporting growth and long-standing culture of employee ownership. The ideal candidate is interested in a hybrid role, and is in either Appleton or Green Bay, WI. Key Responsibilities
