Description: Job Summary
 
The HRIS Analyst serves as a key subject matter expert in Human Resources Information Systems, responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of HR technologies, primarily focusing on HR systems across both countries. This role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence by assessing system needs, identifying process improvements, and implementing technology solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations across the organization.
 
Reporting to the Director, Compensation, Benefits & HRIS, the HRIS Analyst provides both functional and technical support, including system troubleshooting, upgrades, integrations, and ongoing enhancements. The analyst works closely with HR teams in both the US and Mexico and cross-functional teams to ensure the HRIS system is used effectively and supports evolving business goals. The HRIS Analyst will support M&A activities.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Act as a subject matter expert on HR systems, identifying technology needs and process
   improvements to drive operational excellence and enhance overall associate experience
• Manage and support the HRIS system, including but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compensation modules
• Configure and customize system workflows, permissions, and features to meet evolving business needs
• Evaluate and implement new system features to improve user experience and HR outcomes
• Support HRIS integration with other enterprise systems and other HR supporting systems
• Develop reports, dashboards, and key metrics to support HR and business decision-making
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and protocol development
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis to implement effective solutions
• Provide functional and technical support for system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements
• Create and maintain system documentation, standard procedures, and best practices
• Gather regular customer feedback on utilization and determine system improvements
• Deliver user training and develop materials to support adoption of system features
• Maintain the global organizational chart
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support HR technology projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies, regulations, and best practices in data management and governance
• Collaborate with IT to ensure sustainable and compliant solutions within our technical governance framework.

Education & Experience
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business  administration or related field
• 6+ Yrs experience in human resources.
• Minimum of 4+ yrs of experience with HRIS administration
• Must have experience gathering requirements from key stakeholders as it relates to HRIS system functionality
• Experience in implementing and integrating HR systems
