| Description: | St. Norbert College (SNC), a nationally-ranked, private, Catholic, liberal arts college invites applications for the position of Workday HCM and Compensation Analyst. As a key member of the Human Resources/Payroll team, this role is responsible for overseeing job classification and compensation, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data management, and optimizing business processes within the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. Key responsibilities include maintaining employee data, managing position changes, overseeing learning campaigns, generating reports, and administering the performance evaluation system. Additionally, this position will collaborate with stakeholders and the technical team to establish priorities and develop long-term plans for Workday enhancements, supporting Core HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, and Compensation. This position requires regular on-campus work but is eligible for a hybrid work schedule during summer and winter breaks. Key Responsibilities: HR Technology & System Administration:
