Our HR team is looking for an HRIS/Total Rewards specialist to administer our Human Capital Management (HCM) system, administration of the ATC Rewards & Recognition program, and supporting a variety of HCM, Compensation and Benefit initiatives. Duties will include: •Research, develop, analyze, test, and direct on-going administration of Workday functionality aligned with HR strategies leveraging Workday community and building out applications •Ensure Workday data integrity and system efficiency through audits, metrics, and reporting; Develop needed organizational custom reports •Lead the Workday biannual testing process and track completion by establishing Workday testing scenarios for biannual upgrades •Assist in the development and delivery of end user training •Support on-going change management communication efforts leveraging internal and external resources specific to HCM and Total Rewards •Develop, maintain, and update policies as needed; provide guidance on the interpretation and application of company policies and procedures as needed •Administer ATC’s Rewards & Recognition programs •Partner in the implementation of organizational initiatives including performance management, talent management, leadership development, succession planning, HCM, compensation and benefits If you are looking to power your career and hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources management or a related field and a minimum of 3-5 years of human resources experience with an emphasis on HRIS and Total Rewards, please apply on-line at www.atcllc.com/careers. |
