| Description: | The HR Business Unit Leader at Dean Health Plan is responsible for the implementation of human capital strategies designed and developed by the centers of excellence to support the system, regional and business unit goals. Serve as a key resource and strategic partner to business unit leadership and provide ongoing communication/input between business unit leadership and center of expertise. Assure positive employee and leader relationships and work environments to achieve high employee engagement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field 5-7 years of progressive HR expereince with successful leadership of effective human capital initiatives. Ability and desire to integrate CQI prinicples and tools into work places. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex information to all levels within organization Demonstrated experience in HR Strategic planning initiatives including change management Self-directed with ability to work with minimal supervisor and able to prioritize competing needs. Demonstrates high degree of business acumen and professionalism Preferred: Insurance industry experience PHR/SPHR Certification Masters in HR or related field |
