Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations, the Vice President of People and Culture will be responsible for the strategy, direction and coordination of integrated People services (talent acquisition, coaching/mentoring our leaders, benefits, compensation, loss prevention and safety initiatives) for our Goodwill. The person in this role will also create and implement programs that develop community awareness and attract a diverse talent pool. In addition this person will develop growth and development processes and systems which are simple and straight-forward, that allow for advancement opportunities, and help people move towards their dreams. Along with an a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field and 10 to 15 years of HR experience with at least 7 years in a Senior HR role; our qualified candidate will have: •Focused leadership to lead people and manage people processes. •Background in developing and maintaining competitive compensation and benefits strategies. •Expertise in HRIS and its effective utilization. •Extremely knowledgeable in HR compliance and regulatory issues. •SHRM-SCP or SPHR Certification. World at Work Certification as a Certified Compensation Profession (CCP) or Certified Benefit Profession (CBP) is a plus. •Experience with nonprofit organizations is desired.
