| Description: | Human Resources Director Responsibilities include personnel administration and human reources activity for programs and services of Grace Lutheran Foundaiton, American Lutheran Homes and American Lutheran Community Services. Develops, recommends and implements effective policies, procedures and programs in such areas as staff recruitment and retention, staff development and training, wage and benefit administration, employee relations, communications and safety; works closely with staff to provide guidance and oversight in the interpretation of human resources management. This is a full time, exempt positon. Requirements: Business Administration degree with an emphasis in human resources or equivalent combination education and experience; minimum 5 years leadership responsibilities in the human resources field.
