Save the Date for the 2024 Wisconsin SHRM Workplace Policy Conference! The re-branded conference will provide HR professionals with an ideal forum to learn, discuss, network and engage with others on workplace policy matters, keeping employees and customers safe, advocacy topics and the latest employment law updates.
While our final agenda is still being finalized, we are planning for a legal update from our WI SHRM Legal Partner, Boardman Clark, LLP, legislative and advocacy updates from National SHRM Government Affairs, multiple Networking Roundtables and/or facilitated by industry experts, and a panel discussion with legislators and/or staff from the Wisconsin State Legislature.

Erinn Stromberg is Vice President of Human Resources at One Source Staffing. She is a Certified Contingent Workforce Professional and also a member of the Waukesha Area Safety Council Leadership Group where she holds a position as Outreach Coordinator. Erinn’s focus is on employment law, insurance benefits, worker’s compensation/safety, internal recruiting/retention, employee engagement, career development and training. Prior to working at One Source Staffing, Erinn was a national physician recruiter in Columbia, South Carolina and a national allied health recruiter. Erinn is a UW-Madison graduate. She resides in the Eagle/Mukwonago area and is married with three children. Erinn is very excited to be involved with the SHRM family in her role as Legislative Director.
