Frank Beverage Group has a great opportunity for a talented, enthusiastic Human Resources Director. The position is located at our company headquarters in Middleton, WI. We have approximately 450 employees in multiple locations throughout Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for the following:

Develop and execute HR strategies and projects that contribute to organization strategic thinking and direction including: talent acquisition and management, staffing, employment processing, compensation, benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations

Collaborate with the management team
-
Manage HR department operations
-
Provide HR counsel and leadership to employees throughout the company

Develop and update policies, procedures and guidelines for management and staff
-
Stay abreast of federal, state and local legal requirements and ensure company compliance

Supervise and develop direct reports
Minimum Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
-
10+ years of experience working as a human resources generalist including a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
-
Extensive experience developing HR policies and programs
-
Experience in a distribution or sales environment preferred
-
Strategic Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred
-
Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills
