About WISHRM

Refresh, refocus, reconnect is the theme we kicked off for the Spring 2021 forwardHR.  Here we are at the mid-point of the year.  Hopefully, during the first half of 2021, we had an opportunity to refresh and refocus but now it is time to RECONNECT!!  We are so excited to bring our WI SHRM volunteer leaders together August 5^th and 6th at the Ingleside Hotel in Pewaukee for the 2021 Leadership Conference “Together Towards Tomorrow.”  Our keynote speaker on Thursday, Scott Lesnick, will be taking us on a journey in his presentation “People, Passion, Purpose: Engaging the Never Give Up Mindset.”  Scott will also lead a Change Management workshop on Friday.  In addition, we are excited to have our own WI SHRM Diversity, Inclusion and Workflex Director, Matt Glowacki, as our keynote on Friday.  Matt will help us incorporate civility and inclusion in our organizations with his keynote “Building Civility in the Workplace, Can’t We All Just Get Along?”  You can find more information about this year’s conference at www.wishrm.org/2021-Leadership.   Our next opportunity to RECONNECT is our WI SHRM 2021 State Conference where we will be “Cracking the HR Code.”  The conference committee has been working diligently to provide our members with a hybrid event, with in-person and virtual experiences.  Whether you attend virtually or in-person, there will be a variety of sessions to increase your HR knowledge and provide credits toward certification.  Thank you to all our volunteers for their time and talents in planning these events.
