Are Reflection and Planning in Your Future?
As the calendar winds down, and people turn their eyes toward a new year, most individuals and organizations spend a considerable amount of time in reflection and planning. This year, the tension between being hopeful and fearful is drawn so tight, it can be difficult to fully consider either. Organizations and leaders are looking for ways to manage this tension – looking for resources to develop and elevate their people. SHRM’s Educational Partners are a rich source of information to meet those needs.

Blue Wysteria Coaching and Consulting is thrilled to be the Coaching and Development Partner for SHRM Wisconsin. We look forward to providing thought-leadership and insight to members throughout 2021. Coaching and professional development are resources that can be instrumental to success. Here is a little bit about us:

Blue Wysteria Coaching and Consulting is committed to supporting leaders and organizations to become more adaptive, innovative, productive, and effective. We do this through one-on-one coaching, team coaching, and leadership development.

If our leaders, teams, organizations, and world are constantly evolving, our best practices need to have the flexibility to evolve as well. Rigorously trained, certified, and accredited, Blue Wysteria is committed to going beyond “best practices” - to research, test, and develop evolving great practices in leadership and organizational development.

Founder, Kim Clist Fons has a Master’s degree in Adult and Community Education from Ball State University, is a University of Wisconsin Certified Professional Coach, and has received one-on-one and team coaching accreditations from the International Coaching Federation and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. With more than a decade of experience working with leaders from across the state, she brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and collaborative resources to every client engagement.

Blue Wysteria envisions a diverse and thriving Wisconsin, with leaders that are committed to shared successes. It is our mission to create high performing individuals and teams, who have the knowledge and skills to sustain and adapt to whatever challenges come after.

We hope that you will reach out. How can we best serve you?
