Senior Compensation Analyst
You will support the design, deployment and administration of compensation programs and procedures that drive a performance-based culture, impacting 3,000+ employees across the U.S., and helping WPS attract and retain great talent!

  • Have experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems
In this role you will:
  • Participate in the design, review, and implementation of new compensation programs
  • Provide leadership, expertise and solutions on base and variable compensation programs for all employee groups
  • Administer merit and incentive pay programs, internal grading and salary structures, and salary survey participation and analysis
  • Understand, apply, and advise others on compensation laws and regulations, compensation tools and practices, and market and business trends.
You should have:
Senior Level
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience including 2 years of experience in compensation
Non-Senior Level
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of HR experience (prefer 1 year of experience working with compensation programs)
