We are looking for a Sales Training Specialist to coordinate and support our sales teams and internal associates.  This individual’s responsibilities will include scheduling and overseeing all training programs and identifying training needs. This role is also responsible for ensuring new Conney employees receive proper training to meet their responsibilities successfully. Other training responsibilities will include time management, organization and assisting with management focused training.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:


    ·Develop and deliver sales tool and business process training, via web, video, e-learning or   in-person, by exhibiting, engaging, high energy, high impact facilitation style and strategy.
·Formulate training outlines and determine instructional methods utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of methods such as individual training, group instruction,lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings and workshops.
·Assist with the development and continuous improvement of the new associate training programs.
·Provide role play and conduct coaching activities that will elevate the quality of sales reps calls in a measurableway.
·Coordinate administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs.
·Ensure maximum effectiveness of the inside sales teams by implementing sales skill, product and computer training programs.
·Assist in analyzing and assessing training and development needs for individuals and/or      departments.
·Deliver training courses.
·Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development.
· Channel specific training-Inside Sales and Safety Programs

Job Requirements:       
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field strongly preferred.  We will consider candidates with equivalent experience.
·At least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
· Comprehensive knowledge of training plan and curriculum development.
·Teaching and facilitation skills.
·Ability to assess training needs and objectives.
·Strong record of achievement as a sales rep,preferably in a telesales environment.
·Strong communication skills, specifically presentation skills to a large group.
·Strong understanding of the selling process,techniques and closing skills needed to be successful in outbound telesales andthe ability to develop these skills in others.
·Excellent organization, communication and problem solving skills.
·Significant Safety Product knowledge is beneficial.
·Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints.
·Proficiency in MS Office.
