Description: | The Compensation Analyst is responsible for development and administration of the compensation programs of UW Health, consistent with the mission, vision and values of the organization. The incumbent functions as an integral member of the compensation team, consulting with management, and other members of the Human Resource staff. This position is involved in all aspects of the Compensation programs, including but not limited to development and administration of position descriptions, job evaluation and analysis, market evaluation, implementation of adjustments, and communications.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. Additional hours could be required to assist with department operational needs. Qualifications
Physical Requirements: Sedentary: Ability to lift up to 10 pounds maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers and small tools. Although a sedentary job is defined as one, which involves sitting, a certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and other sedentary criteria are met. |
