This position maintains and and enhances the company's human resources by assisting assisting with planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and policies , programs and practices. Essential Functions * Assists in administering human resouces plans and proceedures. . *Ensures legal compliance by adhereing to federal, state and internal human resourcce requirements. *Ensures compliance with the company's drug and alcohol testing program. *Maintains HRIS records and compiles reports from data base. *Supports employee communication and morale by producing monthly newsletter and social events. Desired Background The ideal candiate will have three to five years experince or more of HR generalist /supervisory experience. Ability to identify and resolve individual and group conflict situations with consensus building. Knowledge of all US labor laws and regulatory agency procedures and processors.
