Description: Frank Beverage Group is hiring for a Training & Development Specialist.  This position will support our southern Wisconsin locations. This position is responsible for improving the productivity of the organization's employees and will assess company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees.   This position actively searches, creatively designs, delivers and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.
  •  Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
  •  Works with subject matter experts to develop training objectives and programs.  
  • Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
  • Plans, schedules, enrolls, and tracks participation in training programs.
  • Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
  • Delivers training courses.
  • Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
  • Develops and maintains organizational communications including SharePoint, email distribution and bulletin boards to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.
  • Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
  • Modifies programs as needed.
  • Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
  • Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff. 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
  • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
  •  Ability to design and implement effective training and development solutions.
  •  Good time-management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS office software
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, HR or related field.
  • Two years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs.
  • Two years of designing training programs and workshops
  • Experience with learning management software
  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential preferred.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
