The Physician and Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) Recruiter, under the direction of the Physician & APC Recruitment Manager, is responsible for the successful recruitment of physicians and selected advanced practice clinicians to Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS). This includes but is not limited to sourcing, screening and management of interviews, referencing, overseeing pre-credentialing and background checks, negotiating employment/contract offers, support with the onboarding process and providing immigration assistance.
