Your Comfort and Safety are Important!

We have incorporated many enhancements, along with the Kalahari, to ensure your safety and comfort at this year's conference.  Notable updates include:

Registration and Attending Sessions

  • Signage to encourage personal space (social distancing) during registration check-in and in the conference area.
  • WI SHRM will abide by all state, local and host property requirements regarding the wearing of masks.  Wearing of masks is strongly recommended.
  • Signage to reinforce proper hygiene and discourage hand shaking – make it a thumbs up!
  • Conference badges will be single-use and disposable.
  • More spacing between seats in conference sessions.
  • Learning sessions will alternate in two blocks of rooms to allow Kalahari staff appropriate time to thoroughly clean and sanitize the rooms between uses:
    • Learning Session 1:  Suites A through H and Aralia/Mangrove
    • Learning Session 2:  Suites 1 through 8 and Portia/Tamarind
