(HRM) practices is beneficial for organizations. However, both
HR and line-managers are often posed with a key dilemma: how to
identify and demonstrate the benefits of various HRM investments.
This presentation will show the research evidence linking HRM investments
to business outcomes, and suggest ways for organizations to get
the most value out of these investments.
