Marshfield Clinic Wausau Center is a major health care facility with more than 100 providers. In addition to primary care services, the Center offers a number of specialists who focus on treating more complicated health concerns. The Human Resources Employee Relations Manager teams with management and administration to provide consultation, facilitation and resolution strategies for workplace issues. The HR Employee Relations Manager is responsible for managing HR functions such as: employee relations, discipline, compensation, training, equal employment/affirmative action, personnel records, unemployment, safety and health, performance, benefits, and employee services in accordance with HR system-wide protocols and procedures. The HR Employee Relations Manager strives for consistency throughout the system in addressing employee relations while supporting the MCHS’s Mission, Vision, and Values. The HR Employee Relations Manager reports to the Director of Employee Relations.
