This is a high-level management shared services position that serves approximately 90 employees and supervises all aspects of human resources. The ideal candidate possesses unquestioned integrity, exercises mature and decisive judgment, is very well organized and analytical, adapts to the cultures of each court unit, and handles matters discreetly and confidentially. A bachelor's degree is preferred along with at least four years of human resouces experience. At least two years specilaized experience in human resources management and administration is required.
