| Description: | Human Resources Manager Farmers and Merchants Bank, a progressive and dynamic community bank in Tomah, Wisconsin, is seeking an individual to manage all aspects of its Human resources function. The position performs and oversees all of the following, including: • Payroll processing and administration • Employee relations and employee event planning • Benefits administration (payment auditing and processing), and plan designs •Compensation and performance appraisal/management •Monitoring the training expenditures of the Bank The position is a true “one-stop”, single incumbent position at the Bank in a fast-paced environment for a “self-starter”. In addition, the position may also entail management of facilities- janitorial staff and responsibilities for physical bank security and related matters. The successful candidate will possess at least 5 years of practical “hands-on” HR management experience. They must also possess a compre-hensive knowledge of employment laws, benefit administration, payroll administration, and have the ability to supervise/manage people. Demonstrated continuing education in the field is also required (associates or bachelors degree in Human Resources preferred). A professional designation (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CEBS, etc.) in the field is also preferred.
