Fox’s Human Resource team is currently looking for an individual that serves as a vital role in providing payroll, benefit, recruitment, and administrative support with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Team. This position will provide a high level of customer service to all associates, applicants and other internal and external customers that reflect the business objectives and culture of the organization

A day in the life of an HR Generalist at Fox may include:

• Responsibility for payroll processing
• Acting as the first point of contact for day to day payroll and benefit inquiries
• Striving to ensure associate understanding of benefit programs
• Providing support to Talent Acquisition
• Participating in and enhancing the onboarding process and orientation program to ensure new associates feel welcome and prepared for their new positions.
• Processing and administering all leave of absence requests (medical, personal, disability, FMLA) and disability paperwork; effectively interpret FMLA
• Assisting in preparing government reports
• Partnering with the HR Assistant to administer associate recognition programs
• Maintaining Human Resource Information System records and personnel files.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources or related field preferred
• At least 3-4 years of previous experience in Human Resources
• Prior experience with an HRIS database and payroll processing is strongly preferred
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while demonstrating ability to remain flexible in a changing work environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
