Description: | The School District of Marinette seeks a team oriented professional to oversee human resource services according to established policies, procedures and objectives of the organization. QUALIFICATONS: - Keeps abreast of professional practices in the field through participation in the affairs of the Wisconsin Association of School Personnel Administrators. - Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Google suite and school-based business management information systems. - Maintains a comprehensive personnel record keeping system. - Follow all Board of Education policies and Collective Bargaining Agreements. - Prepares and presents personnel related information to the Board of Education - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively – written and verbal. - Demonstrates leadership abilities and must be a team player. - Maintains a calendar for human resources making appropriate arrangements for meetings, conferences, interviews and other events. - Displays positive demeanor in a busy work environment - Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset CERTIFICATES, LICENSES: - College Degree or Certificate(s) in Human Resources, preferred - Two years’ experience, school district preferred |
