| Description: | The 1st National Bank of Berlin is seeking a full-time Human Resource Assistant for our Berlin, WI branch. The successful candidate will handle employee payroll and provide assistance and support to the Human Resource Team in a variety of areas to include recruitment, new-hire orientations, benefit and FMLA administration, employee relations activities, data collection and maintenance. The successful candidate will posses an Associate's Degree in Human Resources and 1-2 years of Human Resource experience or 4 or more years of Human Resource experience in an administrative position. Payroll experience is a plus.
