Matt graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point (UWSP) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Interpersonal/Organizational Communication. Matt’s HR experience began in college while serving on the board for the local student SHRM chapter. He interned with the Outagamie County Human Resources department in Appleton, WI and has continued his experience for the past 8+ years as an HR Generalist and eventually a Recruitment Manager for Parts Now in Middleton, WI. Other than recruiting, Matt has experience with employee relations, training, staff development, facilitation, sourcing, etc. Matt is a member of the Greater Madison Area SHRM (GMASHRM) as well as a National SHRM Member. He earned his Professional of Human Resources certification in May, 2008 and has served as the Volunteer Coordinator for the 2011 and 2012 Wisconsin SHRM State conference.
