The WI State SHRM Council recognizes the importance of diversity within our businesses as well the communities that surround us. To highlight organizations with progressive diversity programs, WI State SHRM Council hosts an annual Workplace Diversity Award. This award recognizes an organization who has been a role model in their local community as a strong advocate for diversity. Their diversity initiatives set a good example of what other organizations would like to accomplish.
