Bio:
Katie Reid is a District Manager for Kelly Services, Inc. in Eau Claire, WI. Katie has been employed by Kelly Services, Inc. for over 12 years and has held a variety of field and corporate-based positions. In her current role, Katie is responsible for the management of the branch staff, supervises the management of several hundred contract/temporary employees, and serves as a consultant to clients on a variety of human resource management topics. Katie has a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication and a Master’s in Business Administration.
In addition to working at Kelly Services, Katie has been involved with SHRM for many years and has held several board positions including Student Chapter liaison, Membership Officer, Programming Officer, and will serve as the President for the Chippewa Valley SHRM Chapter in 2012.
Katie currently serves on the planning committee for the Young Professionals of the Chippewa Valley, is a Junior Achievement volunteer and Junior League of Eau Claire member, and has served as a guest speaker for UWEC human resource management classes. |

Bio:
Colleen Koerth, PHR, is Employment Specialist at Blackhawk Technical College (BTC) in Janesville, WI. Colleen has been employed by BTC for over 10 years where she has held a variety of leadership roles in the field of Human Resources. In her current position, she manages the overall recruitment, job description development, and orientation processes for the entire College. In addition to those functions, she works closely with all divisions to ensure that their overall human resources needs are met.
Colleen is very active in the field of Human Resources within the community and throughout the state of Wisconsin. She has been a member of SHRM since 2002 and currently serves as Past President of the Blackhawk Human Resource Association (BHRA). Her former board positions in BHRA have included, Vice President, Membership, Diversity, and Legislative Chair. She also serves as a Co-Advisor of the Blackhawk Student Chapter of SHRM, mentoring and guiding students on their career paths to success.

Bio:
Dave Furlan is the Operations Manager at Cottingham & Butler and has been with the firm since 2005. He has experience in business planning, marketing, and personnel management in professional office and customer service environments since 1990. Dave has also worked as a benefits administrator for health, welfare, and retirement plans and has designed and implemented safety and disaster recovery plans as well as in-house training programs on topics such as sexual harassment and HIPAA privacy. He has been a member of SHRM since 1998. Dave has served as Chair of the Communications & Marketing Committee at the Greater Madison Area SHRM chapter and also on the GMA SHRM Board of Directors as VP of Communications & Marketing and President. |

Bio:
Laura Biehn, SPHR is a Sr. HR Manager for Plexus Corp in Neenah, WI. In her current role, she is responsible for HR Strategy, Organizational Development, Succession Management and general HR practices. Laura holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.
Laura has been involved with the Society of Human Resources Management for several years. She has held several roles including; Co-VP of Programming for the Fox Valley SHRM, founding President and Past President for Oshkosh Area SHRM and currently as the North Central District Director for WI SHRM.
Laura is also involved with the Northeast Wisconsin (NEW) Manufacturing Alliance – that is partnering with local educators to help build curriculum for manufacturing jobs of tomorrow.
